We met Olga almost a year before we decided to sell our house and just wanted to talk about the overall process and some high-level questions. She completely surprised us with a full valuation of our home and a full market analysis with key trends! She was very knowledgeable about our neighborhood and also talked to all agents who had a house in the middle of a transaction at the time. Olga was able to get the sales price, how many offers each of those houses had, and some of the offer terms  – that won our trust on the spot!

We liked that Olga wasn’t pushy and she was really there to help us with whatever we needed at the time.
